Telehealth
Live Well provides a range of options for you to receive services via Telehealth.
Options are outlined below, so that you may make an informed choice when choosing how you would like to receive your counselling or coaching services through Telehealth modalities.
The most stable virtual platform being utilised by Live Well is a fee for service platform. Live Well holds a current and fee for service account with Zoom to Meeting and recommends this option at no additional cost to you.

Facetime | This is on your mobile phone. You will be able to take the call anywhere and you can see the counsellor. |

Counselling
Counselling offers a variety of positive benefits which ultimately contribute to your overall health and well-being. Exploring your thoughts with a professional in a safe, caring and confidential environment gives you the opportunity to organise your thoughts and feelings in a productive way.
Counselling is a collaborative relationship between the client and counsellor. Counselling sessions provide a safe, confidential, non-judgmental and supportive environment to talk openly about your experiences, concerns and feelings.
Coaching
Coaching sessions are focused around empowering you to create your vision in a range of life areas including career, personal development and health.
Angela is an ICF Accredited Coach, and specialises in the areas of resilience, career, performance and personal development coaching. Angela is an experienced motivational interviewer who uses a future focused process of inquiry and personal discovery to assist clients in building their own levels of self-awareness and responsibility leading to a speedier achievement of action oriented goals. Based on a collaborative approach, coaching will assist you to ignite your potential as you build on existing skills, identify new strategies and abilities and maximize your strengths to reach new levels of achievement, satisfaction and balance in life.

Booking & Appointment Information
Sessions
Sessions are 1 hour in length. Double sessions are available on request. Medicare rebate available for GP referred clients. We accept credit & debit cards, and cash with full payment required at the time of consultation.
Please Note: The HICAPS system is available at the Eastwood Practice which means individual clients can pay the full amount on the day and be reimbursed the Medicare rebate on that day into their cheque or savings account as long as they bring a physical card to rebate the funds.
Cancellations and Missed Appointments
The scheduled appointment time is reserved for you. If you miss an appointment, or you cancel with less than 24 hours notice, you may be billed a $100 cancellation fee. Medicare does not cover payment for missed appointments.
Doctor ReferRals
Angela and Ali are recognised Accredited Mental Health Social Workers, registered with Medicare and have provider numbers. This means you are able to apply the Medicare rebate to the session fee.
When you obtain a referral from a GP, Medicare covers most of your fee with the exception of a gap payment. Medicare’s “Better Access to Mental Health Care” scheme provides this rebate for up to 10 sessions per calendar year.
