Angela Powell, BA, BSW, MSc, MAASW (Acc), AMHSW, is a distinguished leader in both business coaching and clinical practice, with over 32 years of experience spanning the USA and Australia. As a Therapist, ICF Accredited Coach, and specialist in leadership development, Angela is committed to guiding individuals, organisations, and health professionals towards excellence and well-being. With over three decades of clinical experience, Angela has provided counselling and clinical supervision in a range of healthcare, trauma response, and support settings. Her clinical expertise includes trauma recovery, sexual violence, grief and loss, vicarious trauma, compassion fatigue, and the promotion of psychological safety in the workplace. Angela is also deeply committed to supporting individuals in managing anxiety, depression, work-life balance, and workplace resilience. She is a co-author of the RREAL Supervision model, a pioneering framework designed to support human service and health professionals in achieving sustainable, effective practice.

Angela is a Resilience at Work (R@W) Accredited Coach and Educator, an Extended DISC Accredited Consultant and Trainer for all Extended DISC Personal Analysis and Team Analysis products and a LeaderFactor Certified Trainer for The 4 Stages of Psychological Safety. 

Angela is also Hogan Certified and is qualified to administer Personal and Team analysis services utilising a suite of tools commensurate with your organisational needs.
